Position: Principal

Job Description: Reporting to the Manging Director and working in a small, focused team, you will participate as well as lead in the sourcing, execution, portfolio management and exit of private equity deals across various industries and sectors. You will join a rapidly expanding team with a genuine commitment in driving investments in the Greater China region.

The Successful Applicant:

Qualified degree from a highly visible university/college, MBA/Masters preferred.

Minimum 2-4 years of relevant work experience in China or Greater China within investment banking, private equity/venture capital, asset management, and/or management consulting.

Fluent English and Mandarin required, including the ability to read, write, and speak both languages. 

You will possess the ability to independently produce investment memorandums, financial models and analyses.

Previous experience in Audit, Transaction Services or Distressed Debt,/Special Situations/NPL will also be considered.

Candidates for the Principal position should possess prior deal execution experience and shall have the ability to co-lead in the execution of deals.
