Wei Xin
Wei Xin is the Chairman of the Board of Directors (the "Board") of Founder China Partners. Mr. Wei is concurrently the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Founder. Previously, Mr. Wei was the Vice Director and an Investment Committee member of Peking University's Asset Management Department. Prior to that, Mr. Wei was the Vice Dean of the College of Education of Peking University. His broad experience also includes various senior positions at Peking University's Institute of Higher Education. Since Mr. Wei's appointment as the Chairman of Founder in 2001 and under his leadership, Founder's revenues have steadily risen from approximately RMB 11.5 billion in 2001 to approximately RMB 30.0 billion in 2006. Mr. Wei holds a Ph.D. in Management and M.A. in Education from Peking University; and in 1994-1995, he was a visiting scholar at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech) and the University of Hawaii.

Li You
Li You is the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Founder China Partners. Mr. Li is the Chief Executive Officer of Founder and a member of Founder's Board of Directors. Previously, Mr. Li was the President of Founder Technologies. Listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, Founder Technologies manufactures personal computers and peripherals and is the largest affiliate of the Founder Group. Prior to Founder Technologies, Mr. Li was the President of China Hi-Tech Group, a Shanghai Stock Exchange-listed IT company founded by a consortium of China's most prestigious universities, including Peking University, Tsinghua University and Fudan University. Mr. Li has also held senior positions at Henan Province's Office of Audit and Shenzhen Yizhong Investments. Mr. Li holds an M.B.A. degree from Peking University. He is also a certified public accountant.

Xia Yang Jun

Xia Yang Jun is the President of Founder China Partners, a member of its Board and its Investment Committee. Mr. Xia is concurrently the Group Vice President of Founder Group. Previously, Mr. Xia was the President of Peking University Resource Group, the real estate development and investment arm of Founder Group. Prior senior positions held by Mr. Xia include Assistant President of Founder Group and Vice President of Founder Technologies. Mr. Xia holds an M.A. degree from Shanghai University of Finance, and an M.B.A. degree from Peking University. Mr. Xia is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Dennis L. Shi
Dennis L. Shi is a Managing Director of Founder China Partners. Previously, Mr. Shi was Managing Director of Shenzhen-based Huitong Investments, where he led a team of investment professionals responsible for deal origination, execution, investment management and value creation, as well as exits. Mr. Shi has overseen a large number of successful turnaround and growth capital investments involving a wide array of transaction structures. Prior to Huitong Investments, Mr. Shi was a member of Guangdong Development Bank's Investment Management Division where he was the lead on a number of key transactions. Mr. Shi has over 12 years of finance and investment experience. Mr. Shi holds a B.A. in International Business from Lanzhou Business College and an M.A. degree in finance from Southwestern University of Finance and Economics.
 
William Liang
William Liang is a Principal of Founder China Partners. Mr. Liang was previously a Vice President at Deutsche Bank’s Strategic Investment Group, managing the group's equity and structured finance transactions in China. Prior to that, Mr. Liang was an Investment Officer at the International Finance Corporation, where he was responsible for sourcing and executing investments in the manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, construction, consumer products, retail services and agribusiness sectors. Mr. Liang’s professional experience also included working at Deloitte and Asia Business Management Group, where he undertook private equity and consulting assignments.  Mr. Liang holds a B.A. in Economics from Peking University and an M.B.A. from Indiana University. Mr. Liang is a CFA charterholder and is qualified as a Certified Public Accountant in China.
 
Eric Li
Eric Li is an Senior Associate of Founder China Partners. Previously, Mr. Li was the Assistant General Manager for Huachang Real Estate, a Tianjin, China-based hotels and properties development and management company. Prior to that, Mr. Li was a Sales Executive with Hyatt International's Grand Hyatt Hotel in Beijing. Mr. Li holds a Bachelor's degree in hospitality management from L'ecole Hoteliere de Glion in Switzerland and an M.B.A. from Boston University.
 
Ken Wang
Ken Wang is an Associate of Founder China Partners. Previously, Mr. Wang was an Risk Analyst of Ping An Securities Limited, focusing on brokerage risk management. Prior to that, Mr. Wang was responsible for database management in Foxconn Group. Mr. Wang holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics in China Northeastern University, and an M.B.A. from Tsinghua University.

Jackie Xuan
Jackie Xuan is a Finance Manager responsible for Founder China Partners' financial accounting, systems and reporting. Previously, Ms. Xuan served with Founder Group, where she undertook a number of financial management positions with increasing scope and responsibilities. Prior to that, Ms. Xuan was a Senior Auditor with Ernst & Young. Ms. Xuan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Macao.
