Chang Zhenming is a member of the Strategic Advisory Board of the Management Company. Mr. Chang is currently the President and Vice Chairman of the CITIC Group, China’s largest conglomerate company. Previous positions held by Mr. Chang include President and Vice Chairman of China Construction Bank, Vice President of CITIC Industrial Bank, Executive Director and Vice President of CITIC Group. Mr. Chang holds a bachelor’s degree from Beijing Second Foreign Language Institute and an M.B.A. from New York College of Insurance.

Mark Perry is a member of the Strategic Advisory Board of the Management Company. Since 1996, Mr. Perry has been a General Partner of NEA, one of the largest venture capital firms in the world. Mr. Perry is a member of the firm's Management Committee and he is one of the leaders of the firm's China and India Investment Committees. Over the past several years, NEA has invested in eight portfolio companies based in China and has successfully exited three of them through IPOs on U.S. stock exchanges. Mr. Perry holds a B.A. (cum laude) from Amherst College and an M.B.A. with distinction from the Harvard University.

Charles Yang Chao is a member of the Strategic Advisory Board of the Management Company. Mr. Yang is currently the Chairman of China Life Insurance Company Limited and the President of China Life Insurance (Group) Company. Mr. Yang previously served as Chairman and General Manager of China Insurance (Holdings) Company Limited and China Insurance H.K. (Holding) Company. Mr. Yang holds a bachelor¡¯s degree from Shanghai International Studies University and an M.B.A. from Middlesex University, United Kingdom.
